Payments/Policies
Full payment for session when you sign up. This will reserve your space in the class. You may sign up and pay online, mail or in person. If you are signing up via postal mail, please download a PDF form and send with check payable to Kathy Leader.
Cancellation
ALL CANCELLATIONS IN WRITING ONLY
In person CLASSES:You may cancel up to two weeks prior to the start of class for a full refund minus $30 admin fee. After that, 50% of the fees will be retained. No refund within 2 days of the class. The Art Process reserves the right to cancel any session due to low enrollment in which case full refund will be issued.
In person WORKSHOPS: $30 non refundable deposit for all workshops. If you cancel before 14 days of the workshop, you will be refunded less the deposit. After 14 days, no refunds. If you cancel within 14 days and I am able to fill your space, you will be refunded minus admin fee.
PRIVATE CLASSES: 24 hour notice required to cancel without being charged.
RETREATS: $250 non refundable non transferable deposit for all retreats. All EARLY BIRD PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. For regular prices, If you cancel before 8 weeks of the retreat, your tuition less the $250 will be refunded. After 8 weeks, there will be no more refunds unless your space becomes filled. The tuition will not be transferrable to another retreat or workshop.
CAMPS: $80 non refundable deposit. Before 4 weeks prior, you will be refunded less the $80 fee. Before 2 weeks prior to the start of the camp, you will receive a refund less $100 fee. After two weeks, no refund.
ONLINE CLASSES/CAMPS: These fees are non refundable. In the event of cancellation due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstance, full refund will be issued.

Make up
We encourage students to make up the classes that they miss during the session that they are signed up in. There is no refund for missed classes due to illness or vacation unless there are exceptional circumstances. Please refer to the schedule for alternative classes and notify us 24 hours in advance of a make up.
Waiver
By agreeing to the terms & conditions, I hereby grant permission for me or my child to participate in the Kathy Leader Art Studio activity. On behalf of myself or my child, I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISKS OF LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR PERSONAL INJURY, that may be sustained by me or my child, or any loss or damage to property owned by myself or my child, as a result of being engaged in the activity. Kathy Leader reserves the right to remove student from class for reasons related to disruption or inappropriate behavior. Kathy Leader reserves the right to refuse service or to request withdrawal of a student for reasons pertaining to unmatched class environment.
COVID REGULATIONS
Proof of vaccination or negative test within 48 hours of the class is required. If on the day of the event you show proof of a positive test(image required), you will be refunded minus admin fee.
