Healing through Nature
Drinking in nature, is as important as eating healthy vegetables. Studies have shown that being around greenery, balances the nervous system. Love the smell of the earth after the rains? “Petrichor,” the name for the smell has been data proven to trigger calmness. Don’t believe me, try it for yourself! I know what it does for me…it brings me back to myself and my relationship with the earth.
