This really fun art project to do at home includes healthy food to remind us at this time of uncertainty, how taking care of our bodies and minds is within our control. We will be focused on shapes and design found in our food products. All levels of experience and age are welcome to join in this guided process oriented painting and drawing project.The range of possibilities are up to you. This is a jumping off point for you (and your family) to create as wildly as you would like. There is NO wrong way to do it.
