Our annual 2 day “Art for the Soul” retreat is an immersive experience in the art process. We will be exploring our inner creative voice through writing, mixed media art, community discussions, local activities and more…This is a great opportunity for self discovery amongst a supportive creative community. This retreat is geared towards anyone who is on the creative path whether you are just exploring your creativity for the first time or are a practicing artist who wants to deepen your practice. Bring a friend, a sister, a daughter or come on your own! All are welcome! If you have never done any art before and want to explore your creativity in a nurturing, encouraging environment, this is for you. If you have created art before but feel stuck in your process, this is for you too!! Through guided mixed media techniques, journaling and self reflection you will be making art that flows. Some optional meditation/yoga/hiking/local activity will be offered
